We are looking for a Supplier Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure all suppliers adhere to our company standards and policies. Successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining the supplier code of conduct, developing procedures, policies, work instructions, and quality manuals, maintaining a network of auditors to ensure auditors calibrations, alignment, and shared learning, conducting supplier audits and risk assessments, ensuring suppliers meet TwiningsOvo quality assurance standards.
Reporting to the Quality and Food Safety Manager, you will also collaborate and liaise with international quality and food safety team members, to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and sharing best quality practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the supplier code of conduct and communicate expectations to suppliers and TwiningsOvo Q&FS Team members.
- Develop and maintain procedures, policies, work instructions, and quality manuals to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Conduct regular supplier scorecard and risk assessments to monitor supplier performance and identify any areas for improvement.
- Conduct supplier audits using Twinings audit protocols.
- Manage non-conformance trends and closure to ensure that issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Manage an auditor network for calibration and ensure that all auditors meet company standards.
- Develop and manage supplier assurance KPIs to measure supplier performance.
- Work with 3rd party suppliers to ensure continuous improvement, set KPIs, and hold regular meetings to review progress.
- Approve 3rd party specifications for suppliers to ensure that they meet company standards.
- Develop and deliver training for internal staff and suppliers on quality assurance processes.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure that company processes are being followed.
- Support the Q&FS Team during the 3rd party audits.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in food science, microbiology, chemistry, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in food industry, preferably in a supplier quality assurance role.
- Knowledge of quality assurance procedures, policies, work instructions, and quality manuals.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and quality management systems.
- Experience in supplier audits and risk assessments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Internal and Lead Auditor certificate, preferred.
