Supplier Quality Engineer (Manufacturing)

£40,000 - £45,000 + 33 Days Holiday + Bonus + Life Assurance + Sick Pay
Andover, Hampshire

Are you a Quality Engineer with supplier experience, looking to join an industry leading and rapidly expanding company at the forefront of modern technologies?

In this role you will be the main point of contact suppliers, handling any concerns, complaints, returns and general questions on specialist engineering components. You will be conducting supplier audits whilst working to ISO 9001, 13485 and AS 9100, within a close-knit team of 8.

Founded nearly 40 years ago, this manufacturer supplies their specialist products into industries such as aerospace, automotive, and medical, with trusted clients across the globe. They have experienced unprecedented growth over recent years and have a clear direction for the future with a new site opened recently.

This role would suit a Quality Engineer who has dealt with suppliers, looking for a varied role with new challenges every day, working with cutting edge technology with full industry training on niche products.

The Role:

  • Primarily point of contact for suppliers of manufacturing components
  • Handling customer concerns, returns, questions, and conducting supplier audits
  • Working to ISO 9001, 13485, and AS 9100, with training given if needed
  • Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 5pm, finish at 3:30pm on Friday
