Global Supplier Quality Leader

Remote | UK

Shape the future of supplier quality on a global scale.

DwyerOmega is a global leader in precision sensing, monitoring, and control technologies. Our portfolio spans pressure, temperature, flow, level, humidity, and gas detection solutions serving industrial processing, building services, life sciences, utilities, manufacturing, and energy markets worldwide.

At DwyerOmega, quality doesn't begin on the production line, it begins with our suppliers. As we continue to grow globally, including through acquisitions, we're looking for a Global Supplier Quality Leader to build and lead a world-class supplier quality programme that drives operational excellence across our global supply base.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on creating structure, driving continuous improvement, and partnering across Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, and Global Sourcing to deliver measurable business results.

What you'll be doing

You'll own the end-to-end supplier quality strategy from supplier qualification and onboarding through performance management, development, auditing and corrective action, thus ensuring our suppliers are capable of supporting both today's business and tomorrow's innovation.

You'll also:

  • Develop and implement a global supplier quality framework across multiple business units
  • Build strategic supplier development programmes that improve quality, capability and operational performance
  • Lead supplier audits, performance reviews and recovery plans
  • Drive supplier quality improvements using Lean, Six Sigma and structured problem-solving methodologies
  • Design supplier scorecards, dashboards and digital reporting tools that provide meaningful business insights
  • Partner with Engineering and Sourcing to ensure supplier readiness for New Product Introduction (NPI)
  • Support supplier integration activities as DwyerOmega continues to grow through acquisition
  • Influence senior stakeholders and become the global subject matter expert for supplier quality across the organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
