We’re looking for a Supplier Success Manager to join our growing team. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, working with data, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
As a Supplier Success Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of suppliers, guiding them through their end-to-end journey within e-halo. You’ll be responsible for ensuring suppliers are successfully onboarded, engaged throughout delivery, and supported to provide accurate, high-quality packaging data for our clients.
You’ll work closely with internal teams including Data Assurance, Consultancy, Technology, Quality & Training, and Professional Services to deliver successful projects and continuously improve the supplier experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage supplier relationships from onboarding through to project completion.
- Build trusted partnerships through proactive communication and regular meetings.
- Deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing support within e-halo.
- Monitor project progress and ensure supplier milestones and SLAs are achieved.
- Resolve supplier queries and identify risks before they impact delivery.
- Collaborate with Data Assurance to maximize data accuracy and quality.
- Use reporting and data insights to drive supplier engagement and project performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, supplier experience, and operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in supplier, customer, or client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
- An analytical mindset with confidence working with data.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative, proactive approach and passion for continuous improvement.

Desirable: Experience within packaging, retail, FMCG, supply chain, sustainability, or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
