I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

If you've worked in a role where you led Scope 3, supplier sustainability, carbon accounting, or emissions reporting initiatives, you'll feel at home here. If you've improved reporting coverage, automated analytics, influenced supplier performance, or developed metrics adopted by leadership teams, you'll bring valuable experience. What matters most is turning complex data into practical actions that create measurable impact.

Life on the team

The Procurement Supplier Sustainability team sets environmental direction across the supply base, develops long-term roadmaps, and embeds sustainability into procurement processes. We're a collaborative global team working in a hybrid rhythm and partnering across sustainability, procurement, product, and data functions. You'll use strong analytical problem solving, change management, and cross-functional collaboration skills while helping others understand complex topics through clear and practical insights.

What success looks like

You'll become a trusted voice on supplier emissions performance and understand how to measure progress with confidence. You'll help shape how supplier decarbonization is tracked, forecast future outcomes, and influence meaningful climate action through credible data. Over the next 12 months, you'll contribute to stronger data governance, expanded supplier emissions reporting, increased supplier engagement, and more advanced scenario modelling. You'll work closely with Procurement Supplier Sustainability, Procurement Category teams, Sustainability teams, Data & Analytics teams, Product teams, supplier partners, and senior stakeholders involved in climate strategy and reporting.

This is a 12-month fixed-term position. Please note that relocation support is not offered for this role.
