What’s with this role?
This role is fundamental in supporting both our supply and demand functions. From a supply perspective, you will be responsible for managing the relationships with our third-party manufacturers. This includes production and transport scheduling, ensuring we have the right stock in the right place at the right time, maximising service level and reducing waste.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

From a demand perspective, you will manage Out of Home (OOH), working closely with internal teams and external partners to keep orders flowing through our systems, into our warehouses and onto our customer depots.
This is a highly cross-functional and influential role, with responsibility for managing key relationships, keeping stakeholders aligned on supply decisions, supporting strong service, reducing stock risks and helping to launch products successfully.
What will you be getting up to?

- Transport: You will manage the relationship with our transport partners, keeping costs, delivery performance and key paperwork on track.
- Warehousing: You will own the relationship with our 3PL, ensuring stock movements, service requirements and operational actions are managed effectively. You will also monitor slow-moving and obsolete stock, driving actions to reduce waste, protect availability and support commercial decision-making.
- OOH forecasting and supply: You will own the demand forecast of our Out of Home customers, working with customers and Commercial to maintain accurate demand signals and support availability, production and stock decisions. You will also manage the order flow and customer requirements, keeping internal and external partners aligned on risks, actions and priorities.
- Innovation Delivery: You will work with cross-functional teams to launch exciting new products smoothly into our supply network.
- Data Governance: You will make sure master data is correctly governed, managed and maintained in our systems.
