The post holder will be responsible for supporting and assisting the supply chain team in all office procedures,
Responsibilities
- Visualise information for stand-up management activity.
- Supplier Scorecard Procedure.
- Master data to be kept up to date to have clean MRP Signals.
- Performance metrics collected and reported on a re-occurrence.
- Supporting development of process & standard work documentation.
- Providing general administration support for the Supply Chain Team.
- Scanning and filing of Supply Chain documentation.
- Other ad-hoc administration duties as required.

Requirements

- 1 year’s previous experience providing administration support in Supply Chain
- An understanding of the principles of MRP systems
- Proficient in all IT packages with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Educated to GCSE Level, Grades A*-C, or equivalent (including Maths & English)
- Highly organised with the ability to forward plan.
- Team player with the ability to provide accurate data with a high level of attention to detail
