The post holder will be responsible for supporting and assisting the supply chain team in all office procedures,

Responsibilities

  • Visualise information for stand-up management activity.
  • Supplier Scorecard Procedure.
  • Master data to be kept up to date to have clean MRP Signals.
  • Performance metrics collected and reported on a re-occurrence.
  • Supporting development of process & standard work documentation.
  • Providing general administration support for the Supply Chain Team.
  • Scanning and filing of Supply Chain documentation.
  • Other ad-hoc administration duties as required.

  • 1 year’s previous experience providing administration support in Supply Chain
  • An understanding of the principles of MRP systems
  • Proficient in all IT packages with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Educated to GCSE Level, Grades A*-C, or equivalent (including Maths & English)
  • Highly organised with the ability to forward plan.
  • Team player with the ability to provide accurate data with a high level of attention to detail
