Fine Group

Fine Group is an expert in engineered textile products providing solutions that carry, cover and protect people and products. We are engaged in the design and manufacture of products for some of the world’s leading companies in their market space, operating across multiple sectors from military to healthcare. We develop strategic partnerships with customers and are often the supplier of choice as we work with our customers to develop new products and solutions to solve their problems. The business has recently gone through a change of ownership and is looking to develop and grow from its strong 75 yr heritage. With plenty of market opportunities, the business is set for an exciting 5 years ahead, with a combination of organic and inorganic growth expected.

Main Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Winchester team, providing administrative and office support focused primarily on our Supply Chain/Operations function. The role will be a key part of our Supply Chain team, working within our global network to ensure optimal practices. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills who enjoys varied, process-driven work and offers the opportunity to develop knowledge of Operations and potentially other areas within Fine Group. The role will also provide administrative support to other areas of the business. The main area of additional support will be with the Finance function; no prior finance experience is required. This is a pivotal role working in our Head Office at the heart of Operations. The role provides an opportunity to work with key stakeholders within the business and would suit an individual who thrives in a collaborative working environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
