Our client, a global leader in energy management and automation, is seeking a member of administrative staff to assist the company's administration team. This role offers you the chance to be part of a vibrant workplace where organisation and efficiency are key. You'll play a crucial role in the company bringing your administrative abilities, first class customer service skills and adaptability to a job filled with varied activities that will keep you motivated and engaged every day. This role is anticipated to run for 3-6 months.

About The Role

As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supports logistics and procurement by managing purchase orders, tracking inventory levels, and liaising with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely, cost-effective product delivery.
  • Processing invoices, updating ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Sage), maintaining accurate records
  • Use of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level
  • Managing administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy
  • Excellent use of IT - updating reports using multiple web portals and excel.
  • Supporting with scheduling, correspondence, inventory ordering, invoicing and documentation
  • Maintaining organised records and files for easy access
  • Time occasionally spent being the front face of the company, and welcoming visitors, employees and other stakeholders to the site

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in use of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level
  • Familiarity with SAP and / or ERP software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
  • Proven experience in administration
