Supply Chain Administrator

Accrington | £26452

About the role

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Administrator to join our team and help keep things moving behind the scenes at Bensons for Beds.

From processing purchase orders and keeping on top of deliveries, to working with suppliers and our warehouse teams, you’ll play an important part in making sure the right stock gets where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.

This is a great role for someone who’s organised, enjoys keeping things running smoothly and doesn’t mind getting stuck in when something needs sorting. You’ll work with a range of teams across the business, so no two days will necessarily look the same.

What you’ll be doing

  • Processing and coordinating daily purchase orders, shipments, and deliveries, making sure everything is accurate and on time.
  • Keeping our supply chain records up to date, including stock levels, supplier details, and procurement information.
  • Working closely with suppliers, couriers, warehouse teams, and colleagues across the business to track orders and resolve any issues.
  • Monitoring stock movements and investigating any discrepancies to help keep our inventory accurate.
  • Supporting with supply chain and logistics reports, using data to help the team understand what’s happening and where we can improve.
  • Getting involved in process improvements and looking for ways we can make things simpler, quicker, and more efficient.
  • Making sure supply chain activity follows our company processes, health and safety requirements, and relevant regulations.
  • Providing general admin support to the Supply Chain and Warehouse teams, including data entry and keeping documentation organised.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You’ll be someone who:
