Responsibilities

As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will serve as the core administrative engine of our procurement function, taking ownership of our supply chain portal. This is a data-heavy administrative role requiring meticulous attention to detail, high-volume data entry precision, system auditing, and regular report generation.

  • Support the management of master data across our platform and procurement platforms, ensuring all supplier profiles, accreditation records, and performance metrics for our supply chain are 100% compliant, up to date, and ready for commercial use.
  • Support the administration and coordination of suppliers and framework partners to ensure we can procure suppliers on our projects efficiently and comply with framework procedures.

  • Assist with onboarding new suppliers and collecting required documentation.
  • Update supply chain databases and spreadsheets.
  • Monitor insurance, certifications, and compliance documents.
  • Support procurement and commercial teams with administrative tasks.
  • Track supplier performance information.
  • Assist with framework reporting and KPI data.

  • Provide internal training for colleagues.
  • Occasionally assist in other administration tasks.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
