Supply Chain Administrator
6 Month Fixed-Term Contract – Starting ASAP
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000
Location: Wakefield
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be supporting a leading manufacturing business in the search for a Supply Chain Administrator to join their planning team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive supply chain professional to gain experience within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain daily production schedules to ensure customer requirements are met
- Coordinate material and production planning activities to maximise efficiency and minimise waste.
- Monitor schedules, stock levels and production performance, making adjustments where required.
- Manage rework plans and support inventory control processes
- Liaise closely with Production, Purchasing, Customer Service, Quality, Technical and IT teams.
- Support production trials, clean-down schedules and continuous improvement activities.
- Maintain accurate planning data and reporting through scheduling systems and spreadsheets.

About You
- Previous experience within an FMCG manufacturing environment is essential.
- Experience of production scheduling, planning or supply chain administration.
- Good understanding of MRP, inventory management and production planning processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across multiple departments.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and proficient IT skills, including Excel.
