Who We Are

On July 1, 2025, IPL Plastics merged with Schoeller Allibert to form IPL Schoeller (the ‘company’). The Company’s operations are split across North America (11 manufacturing plants) and Europe (16 manufacturing plants).

The company is headquartered in Dublin, Ireland. IPL Schoeller is a leading manufacturer of sustainable rigid packaging solutions across a range of end market segments including returnable transit packaging, consumer and industrial packaging, environmental containers and agricultural packaging. The company employs c.4,100 employees across North America (1,600 employees) and Europe (2,500 employees.)

The Role

A vacancy has arisen for a Supply Chain Administrator to join the team at our Rotherham site.

This is an ideal opportunity to join us in an integral role that provides administrative support to our supply chain operations.

Please note that this is a full-time role, based from our site on Mangham Rd (S61).

  • Assist with the raising and placing of purchase orders with the appropriate suppliers
  • Support with regular stock reviews to ensure the accuracy of inventory
  • Support with queries relating to delayed stock arrival and account invoicing
  • Check production bookings are correct and record production changes in the factory.
  • Send live factory and machine updates to the wider business.
  • Manage the internal filing of live orders and the efficiency tracker to assess production performance against planned output.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain team members to ensure that our products are delivered efficiently on time and in full.
  • Produce pick lists for collections and deliveries.
  • Confirm deliveries with customers via email and telephone in a timely manner.
  • Create part codes and Bills of Material for new and existing customer orders.
  • Check and print off customer specification sheets in line with the production schedule.
  • Producing regular and ad hoc reports in various formats.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required by the business.

About You

While previous administrative experience would be beneficial, full training will be provided across the full remit of the role for the right candidate.

You will need:

  • A good standard of IT literacy and numerical reasoning
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to communicate confidently and effectively with a range of stakeholders
