About Us
We're Horizon Solutions. We build AI-powered planning software for manufacturers and distributors.
About the Role
We're not looking for a sales employee. We're looking for someone who already knows the right people.
If you've spent 10+ years in supply chain, whether as a director, a consultant, an advisor, or at a planning software vendor, and you have relationships with COOs, CFOs, or Supply Chain Directors at manufacturers or distributors across the UK, we want to talk.
The Model
The model is simple: you make introductions. We run the sales process. When we close, you earn a meaningful commission on the contract value, plus the possibility of equity participation for the right long-term fit.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
- No base salary.
- No fixed hours.
- No reporting lines.
This has already worked for us. A handful of well-placed introductions from people with the right relationships have turned directly into deals. We're now formalising this into a proper partnership model by region.
Who We're Looking For
This is not right for you if you're looking for a salary or you bill by the hour rather than by results.
This is for you if you know COOs, CFOs, or Supply Chain Directors at manufacturers or distributors across the UK in food & bev, pharma, consumer goods, or FMCG, and when you message them, they respond.
