Supply Chain Performance Analyst

About the Role
We are currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our Logistics and Supply Chain team as a Supply Chain Performance Analyst, based at one of our Leeds sites. Reporting to the Head of Warehouse & Logistics, this role will support logistics and supply chain operations across all Company sites through data analysis, performance reporting, planning support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Providing actionable insights that improve warehouse efficiency, transport performance, inventory accuracy, customer service levels, and logistics costs across the business.
- Development and management of KPI dashboards, forecasting tools, reporting solutions, and business intelligence platforms.
- Supporting the Company's SAP implementation and post-go-live stabilisation activities, including testing, data validation, reporting development, process compliance, user support, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement through system functionality.

Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience of analysing operational, logistics, or supply chain data and translating findings into meaningful business recommendations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query, Pivot Tables and data modelling, together with experience of developing dashboards using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
- Strong understanding of KPI development, performance management, forecasting, reporting, and root cause analysis.
- Previous experience within a logistics, warehousing, transport, supply chain, or operational analysis environment would be highly advantageous.
- Ability to influence change, identify opportunities for improvement, and effectively communicate findings to a wide range of stakeholders.
- High degree of autonomy and integrity, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to present complex information in a simple and meaningful format.
