We're looking for a curious, analytical, and motivated Supply Chain Analyst to join our Supply Chain Planning team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their analytics or supply chain career who loves working with data and wants to develop their skills in business intelligence, reporting, demand planning, and supply chain operations.
Whether you've completed a placement year, have some relevant experience, or have been a part of the brewing industry and looking to step into a supply chain analytics role, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you'll help turn data into meaningful insights that support decision-making across our Supply Chain and Logistics teams. You'll work closely with the Demand Planner and colleagues across the business to improve visibility, reporting, and forecasting. You’ll be:
Data & Reporting
- Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, reports and semantic models that provide a clear and consistent view of Supply Chain & Logistics performance.
- Analysing supply chain and logistics data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Helping teams understand performance through clear, actionable insights.
- Supporting data quality improvements by investigating and resolving reporting issues.
- Learning how to translate business questions into analytical solutions.

Supply Chain Systems
- Supporting the maintenance of planning systems and master data.
- Assisting with data governance activities within SAP.
- Helping maintain Bills of Materials and planning data.
- Providing first-line support for planning tools and reporting systems.
Demand Planning Support
- Assisting with forecasting activities and monthly demand review processes.
- Monitoring forecast accuracy and performance metrics.
- Producing and distributing regular reports for stakeholders across the business.
- Developing your understanding of demand planning processes and S&OP.
What you’ll bring
We're looking for someone with strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine interest in using data to solve business problems.
You'll likely have:
- A degree in a STEM, Business, Supply Chain, Data, Economics, or similar discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Some exposure to supply chain, planning, data analysis, or business intelligence through work experience, internships, placements, or university projects.
- Excellent Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
- Strong numerical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills and the ability to explain insights clearly.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good working knowledge of relevant tech, systems, and processes including: Power BI, SQL, SAP, Power Query and/or Power Pivot, DAX, Data modelling.
