Supply Chain Analyst
TMX Transform is a global, end-to-end supply chain consultancy, innovating for future supply chains. We partner with organisations worldwide to optimise supply chains and transform businesses through practical, data-driven solutions. We're growing our UK and Europe team and looking for an experienced Supply Chain Analyst who can turn complex data into clear insights, compelling visualisations, and better business decisions.
The Role
You'll work alongside supply chain experts and clients on projects spanning DC design, automation design, supply chain strategy, network design, freight & logistics, inventory, and operational improvement.
You'll be responsible for:
- Building sophisticated Power BI dashboards and analytical models that influence business decisions.
- Analysing design requirements for distribution centres and automation.
- Analysing complex supply chain data to identify risks, opportunities, and operational improvements.
- Supporting supply chain modelling, scenario analysis, and the development of commercially compelling recommendations.
- Preparing clear, engaging client presentations and reports.
- Collaborating with consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
- Improving TMX's analytical tools, reporting, and data-driven methodologies.

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, business intelligence, or data analytics. This is not a graduate or entry-level role.
- Strong, demonstrable Power BI experience, including data modelling, DAX, and dashboard development.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and analytical modelling.
- Experience working with complex datasets and translating analysis into actionable business recommendations.
- Strong commercial awareness, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- A proactive, curious approach and the ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.

You'll stand out if you have: Supply chain consulting experience, SQL or Python skills, or experience in DCs, DC automation, network design, logistics, inventory optimisation, or supply chain modelling.
