This role is responsible for collecting, analysing and interpreting data from multiple business systems to provide actionable insights that improve planning, inventory management, fulfilment performance and operational efficiency.

This is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven professional who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, improving reporting processes, and leveraging technology to enhance supply chain performance. The successful candidate will develop reporting, dashboards and visualisations, support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and drive continuous improvement through automation, analytics and AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, check and analyse supply chain data from ERP, ThoughtSpot, Salesforce, Workday and other business systems.
  • Track and report key supply chain metrics such as orders, backlog, fulfilment, forecast accuracy, lead times and delivery performance.
  • Produce monthly updates for Sales & Operations Planning and pillar Vertical reviews.
  • Upload monthly receipt data and On-Time Delivery (OTD) results into Zycus, working with teams to fix missing or incomplete information.
  • Support global commodity strategy presentations by gathering and analysing data, and helping create supply chain roadmaps.
  • Use data to support demand forecasting, inventory planning and replenishment decisions.
  • Improve reporting and analytics using SQL, Excel, Python/R, AI, automation, Tableau and Power BI.
  • Build reports, dashboards and visuals that are intuitive in showing trends, clear insights and storytelling.
  • Work with teams to find root causes, risks, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Support data collection and visualisation for CBS Kaizen and future factory events.
  • Help improve data accuracy, knowledge sharing, reporting processes, and standard ways of working across the supply chain team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
