About Brand Stamp
Brand Stamp makes merch people actually want to keep. We're a London-based studio creating high-quality custom merchandise for brands like Snapchat, Oatly and Camden Town Brewery, and we've grown fast since 2021 for one reason: we are obsessive about product and service. Every detail, from the weight of a hoodie to a delivery landing on the day we said it would, is why clients come back and bring others with them.
That obsession lives in Operations, and as we grow we're looking for an ambitious Supply Chain and Logistics Executive to join a small, close-knit team. You'll help us deliver at a higher standard as volumes climb, and we want someone who spots what's slow or clunky and fixes it rather than waiting to be asked.
The Role
This is the perfect opportunity for someone early in their career looking to get their foot in the door of a fast-paced, creative, and growing business.
You'll sit in the Operations team, the engine room of the business. Every project we deliver, from a few hundred hoodies for a product launch to tens of thousands of units landing in offices across three continents, runs through Ops. You'll own orders from the moment a client signs off to the moment the boxes arrive: briefing and managing suppliers in the UK, the US, Europe and Asia, keeping production on schedule, and working with our freight partners to move stock across the world efficiently.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
