Supply Chain Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Supply Chain Specialist to support and optimise our end-to-end supply chain, ensuring materials, components and finished goods are available when needed, while maintaining cost efficiency and continuity of supply.

Working closely with Operations, Finance, Quality, suppliers and logistics partners, you will manage purchasing activities, monitor supplier performance, coordinate deliveries and maintain effective inventory control. You will use data to identify supply risks, improve stock accuracy, manage inventory levels and support production planning to meet business demands.

You will also play a key role in driving continuous improvement, developing supply chain procedures in line with ISO 13485 requirements, monitoring KPIs and supporting the integration of environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles across the business. This is a varied role offering the opportunity to make a tangible impact on operational efficiency, supplier relationships and the ongoing development of our supply chain.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
