Ambition

  • To ensure standards of Supply chain delivery expectations are met, working to SLAs and providing expected levels of service delivery.
  • The role is responsible for primarily processing Hardware orders and supporting any customer queries relating to these orders.
  • In a massively growing part of the company, this role will be key to achieving the demand for Hardware.
  • In addition to this, you will support the dispatch of SIM orders when needed. ⚡

Team Structure

  • You’ll be interfacing with customers and internal teams on all queries related to Hardware and helping support the SIM order section of the supply chain! 💬

Your Daily Quest 🌎

  • CI (Continuous Improvement) Identification across the processes you use 🔄
  • Manually configure routers to meet customer needs 🛠️
  • Raise customer SIM and hardware orders using Sage X3 system 📦
  • Test processed orders to ensure dispatch accuracy ✅
  • Manage returned stock and keep everything organized 📉
  • Collaborate with internal teams on forecasting orders 📊
  • Administer router management platform(s) for all configurations 📱
  • Manage and complete outstanding cases within SLA timelines ⏳
  • Work with the Hardware Support team to support second-line hardware queries ⚡
  • Monitor Zendesk ticketing system for pending orders 🧑‍💻
  • Prioritize urgent requests to meet customer needs ⚠️
  • Use order summaries to ensure product requirements are met 📝
  • Manage SIM activations and other order requirements 🚀
  • Support the supply chain team with dispatch activities 📦
  • Keep customers updated on shipment status and delivery dates 📬
