Supply Chain & Warehouse Manager – Glossify
Glossify is looking for an experienced Supply Chain & Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our end-to-end stock flow, from supplier through to warehouse and fulfillment.
This is a hands-on role covering purchasing, forecasting, supplier management, inbound logistics, inventory control, and day-to-day warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage stock forecasting, replenishment, and purchase orders
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
- Monitor MOQs, pricing, lead times, and production schedules
- Coordinate freight, inbound deliveries, and goods-in
- Lead day-to-day warehouse operations and team priorities
- Maintain strong stock accuracy and inventory control
- Support product launches and ensure stock arrives on time
- Coordinate distributor and wholesale fulfillment
- Identify stock risks, shortages, and excess inventory before they become issues

We’re Looking for Someone Who is:
- Experienced in supply chain, purchasing, inventory, or warehouse management
- Commercially minded and confident with forecasting and stock planning
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Confident working with suppliers and leading a warehouse team
- Strong with Excel and inventory/ERP systems
- Experience within beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, retail, or e-commerce would be a strong advantage
