Are you ready to rethink your routine?

We're looking for a Supply Chain Assistant to join our Operations team. This role will report into the Senior Supply Planner.

This role will provide hands-on support to our growing team in London through day-to-day operational tasks, inventory reconciliation, and ERP administration. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to build a broad career in supply chain planning while using innovative AI tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

  • Support day-to-day supply chain functions and maintain process documentation in line with quality requirements
  • Liaison with suppliers, chasing overdue items to ensure deliveries remain on schedule
  • Create accurate On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) reports to track supplier delivery performance
  • Manage inventory levels, monitor top and bottom performing lines, and flag upcoming risks
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies across two distribution centers and supplier warehouses
  • Assist with data capture into CSV files, system migrations, and error spot-checking
  • Utilise AI tools to streamline workflows, draft communications, and share efficiencies with the wider team

Requirements

These skills will help you go far in this role:

  • Strong Excel skills (e.g. formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) — essential for this role
  • Data literacy and strong numerical reasoning
  • MS Office competency, particularly Outlook.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate confidently both externally with suppliers and internally with colleagues
  • Good time management and organisational skills to meet timescales and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Customer-focused, self-motivated, flexible and adaptable
  • Good computer literacy, including comfort using AI tools to support day-to-day tasks
  • Some previous experience in supply chain or procurement desired
  • Some previous experience with ERP systems required
