Supply Chain Assistant – Lincoln - £30,000 - £35,000
Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to be partnering exclusively with a rapidly growing family-owned business in Lincoln who are looking to recruit a Supply Chain Assistant.
This newly created key role will support the business in managing purchase orders through to tracking shipments and supporting supplier relationships across the UK, Europe and Far East.
The Role
- Manage the end-to-end purchase order process across UK, European and Far East suppliers
- Conduct full stock reviews, placing primary and secondary orders to maintain optimal stock levels
- Monitor supplier performance and build orders to meet MOQs, MOVs and carriage paid thresholds
- Act as day-to-day contact for suppliers on routine commercial and operational matters
- Manage inbound carriage arrangements, liaising with road, sea and air freight forwarders
- Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team on inbound shipment planning
- Track goods in transit and flag arrival changes to Customer Service
- Maintain accurate purchasing records within the ERP system

Working Hours / Benefits:
- Full-time Monday to Friday
- Internal development and training
- 28 days holiday, inclusive of bank holidays
- Onsite parking
- Auto-enrolment pension

The Person
- Previous experience in procurement or supply chain
- Confident managing supplier relationships
- Proficient with ERP systems and comfortable with Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
