The group includes Riva Foods in Hull, known for premium garlic breads, flavoured butters, and dip pots; Mother Riley’s Bakery in Rochdale, producing cookies, cookie dough, pancakes, protein bars, and the Bubble Waffle; and Get Buzzing, a branded range of 100% nut-free and gluten-free protein and flapjack bars.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Tracking: Monitoring stock levels in warehouses, updating safety stock, and ensuring optimal inventory to prevent shortages or overstock
- Delivery Coordination: Tracking shipments, updating delivery dates, and resolving delivery or shipment issues
- Administrative Support: Processing order confirmations, updating supplier trackers, maintaining price lists, and supporting long-term projects
- Reporting and Analysis: Preparing supply reports, supplier performance reports, and KPI updates to inform management decisions
- Compliance and Quality: Adhering to quality management systems, health and safety standards, and company SOPs
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaising with suppliers, internal teams, and sometimes customers to ensure smooth operations

Required Skills and Personal Attributes
- Strong communication skills for interacting with suppliers and internal teams
- Numerical and analytical skills to manage stock levels, budgets, and reports
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in orders, deliveries, and documentation
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently
- Problem-solving skills to address supply chain disruptions or discrepancies
This is a full-time, on-site position based at Riva Foods in Hull
