Job description
GE Robinson are proud to be part of Haldane Group, a leading timber and builder’s merchants that have a reputation for innovation and excellence within their field. The company believes in their people and strives to provide excellent and reliable service to their customers. We wish to recruit a Supply Chain Administrator to join our team at our Salford Branch, supporting the wider Timber division. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious person looking to develop their career within a well-established company.
The Role
- Managing intercompany product flows and internal trading activity
- Supporting inbound supplier logistics and delivery scheduling
- Assisting with supplier communication and order expediting
- Maintaining procurement systems, booking portals and master data
- Ensuring pricing, product and system data accuracy
- Liaising with Sales, Operations, Production and Yard teams
- Supporting purchasing administration, reporting and analysis
- Assisting with stock planning and supply continuity activity
- Supporting cost-saving and process improvement initiatives
