About Us
Bettervits is one of the UK’s fastest-growing nutrition brands - and we're on a mission to become the biggest. We're a fast-moving digital brand in the health, wellness, and e-commerce space, built on ownership, trust, and results. No corporate fluff, just high standards, creative thinking, and people who get things done.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Supply Chain Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our growing business. Working closely with our supply chain team, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs), you will help keep inventory accurate, shipments on schedule, and orders moving smoothly across our sales channels.
We’re looking for someone with experience in a B2C consumer products business, ideally with practical NetSuite experience and a strong understanding of working with 3PLs.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Support the daily coordination of suppliers, manufacturers, freight partners, and 3PL warehouses to keep goods moving on time
- Create, update, and track purchase orders, stock transfers, and goods receipts, ensuring records accurately reflect order and shipment status
- Maintain accurate inventory and supply chain data within NetSuite and other internal systems
- Monitor stock levels across warehouses and sales channels, flagging potential shortages, excess stock, and replenishment requirements
- Reconcile inventory between internal systems and 3PL reports, investigating discrepancies and coordinating corrections
- Track inbound shipments from dispatch through to warehouse receipt, following up on delays, shortages, damages, and receiving discrepancies
- Coordinate inbound delivery bookings and ensure warehouses receive the correct shipment details, packing lists, and supporting documentation
- Liaise with 3PLs on order fulfilment, dispatch delays, returns, and stock queries, ensuring issues are followed through to resolution
- Support stock allocation and replenishment across our website, marketplaces, and retail channels
- Maintain visibility of batch numbers, expiry dates, and shelf life, helping ensure stock is rotated appropriately and potential write-offs are flagged early
- Prepare regular reports on stock availability, inbound deliveries, fulfilment performance, and outstanding operational issues
- Check freight and warehouse invoices against agreed rates and activity, flagging discrepancies for review
- Work with finance, customer service, retail, and product teams to resolve operational queries and support product launches
- Keep supply chain documentation and procedures organised, accurate, and up to date
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual work, and prevent recurring errors

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
