Supply Chain Coordinator
Location: 5 Queensway, Croydon, London
Reports to: Supply & Service Manager
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Your role @CHANEL:
Reporting to our Supply & Service Manager, and working as a key part of our team, you will be responsible for administrating the smooth ordering, movement, and storage of our Sales Service and Supply materials. This is a challenging role in a fast-paced environment that requires teamwork and problem-solving on multiple levels, with a great eye for detail.
What impact you can create at Chanel:
- Managing and coordinating UK Regional forecasting functions including Range Check & Cleansing, Campaign & SPM interrogations, SPM update checks by market/Channel. Helping to ensure targets and deadlines are met by ensuring stock are available in the right location and on time.
- Maintain and execute, in conjunction with the Marketing and Commercial Depts, the UK Chanel forecasts and regular catalogue. Including end of life (EOL) dates are correct and the subsequent management of residual inventory.
- Report and manage campaign inventory pre and post launch. Avoiding waste and obsolescence of campaign-specific materials.
- Execute the monthly ordering of materials from Chanel corporate through the demand planning system.
- Help coordinate with the supply and inventory management of fragrance for the Irish market. Including reverse logistics and obsolescence management.
- Update Daily Out of stock reports and resolutions and distributing the report to the wider business.
- Analysis of the concession and SAB stock holdings and ordering parameters. Advising on excess stock levels and management of the catalogue.
- Maintain the inventory, ordering parameters and catalogue for the Ecommerce platform.
- Ensure and maintain concise written instructions for all processes relating to Supply Chain
- Provide support, advice and assistance to the sales order office team when required.

What you will bring to the role:
- The ability to work at a consistently high pace while delivering outstanding data accuracy
- Fantastic communications and relationship-building skills. You will be comfortable creating trusted relationships across internal and external stakeholders across a diverse range of geographies and nationalities
- A proven track record working across a range of logistics software, preferably D365, forecasting and demand planning tools.
- Comfortable and proficient using Microsoft office packages. Especially Excel
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines, to ensure deliveries arrive as expected.
