Join us as a Supply Chain Co-ordinator at Thirteen Group!

Role Overview

Thirteen Group is on the lookout for a Supply Chain Co-ordinator to join us on a three month fixed term contract.

You'll play a key role in keeping our services running smoothly by supporting suppliers, colleagues and operational teams, ensuring they have everything they need to deliver great outcomes for our customers.

This is a roam role, so you’ll work at least one day a week from our fantastic office at Hudson Quay in Middlesbrough, one day a week from a Travis Perkins depot in Stockton or Hartlepool, as well as from home. We’ll need you to be flexible around business and team need, so you may need to come into the office more frequently when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help keep our supply chain operations running smoothly by supporting key contracts, including Travis Perkins. You’ll raise purchase orders, co-ordinate PPE requests, and resolve supplier and customer queries to ensure a seamless service.
  • Build positive relationships with third-party suppliers and colleagues, helping to co-ordinate services and ensure everything is delivered efficiently and on time.
  • Carry out a range of administration and system maintenance tasks, keeping records accurate and up to date.
  • Support the management of compliance and regulatory information and produce reports for areas such as managed services, fleet, and waste management.
  • Produce and analyse performance information, helping the team understand how services are performing.
  • Provide valuable operational support to our frontline teams, ensuring they have resources, such as PPE, equipment, and fleet vehicles, to deliver excellent services to our customers.

About You

The role is varied so we’re looking for someone with good organisational and prioritisation skills, who can work well individually and as part of a supportive team.

  • You’re customer focused, enjoy solving problems, and are confident dealing with queries and issues in a professional and timely way.
  • Experience within a supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operational support environment would be beneficial.
  • You’re a confident communicator who can build positive relationships with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Comfortable using a range of IT systems for administration tasks.
