We are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Coordinator at our potato packing sites in Boston, Lincolnshire.
Shift & Hours of Work: Sunday to Thursday - fixed shift, working 06:00 hrs to 14:30 hrs
Salary: £14.49 per hour

- Support the with the processing of customer orders for the despatch team
- Supplying information to customers as required
- Receipt of POD's (proof of delivery) and contact haulier with any queries with them
- Contact hauliers to deliver daily orders to customer depot
- Record of all inbound and outbound movements of equipment ensuring a system is maintained to check charges
- Daily stock count of equipment to make sure balances stay at an acceptable level
- Work with the despatch team when required to suit the business needs
Requirements:
- Previous experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, or a related field is preferred
- Strong organisational skills with close attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of supply chain software systems is advantageous but not essential
