Role Description
The Supply Chain Controller is a full-time, on-site role based in Gateshead, responsible for overseeing and optimising supply chain performance for ZetaDisplay’s hardware and services.

Day-to-day tasks include:
- Monitoring inventory levels
- Tracking deliveries
- Ensuring accurate planning and forecasting to meet customer demand
The role involves collaborating with operations, finance, and project teams to manage costs, analyse supply chain data, and support decision-making. The Supply Chain Controller will prepare regular performance reports, identify risks or bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain and logistics processes.
This position also contributes to budgeting, compliance with internal controls, and alignment of local activities with group-wide standards and targets.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret supply chain data, identify trends, and support process improvements.
- Experience in supply chain management, including inventory control, logistics coordination, and demand planning.
- Effective communication skills for working with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders in a multinational environment.
- Experience of ERP systems and Excel or similar data analysis tools.
- Relevant qualification in supply chain management, logistics, finance, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
