Supply Chain Coordinator

HCA Laboratories, London – Shropshire House

Permanent

Full Time, 37.5 hours per week

Shifts between 7:30am and 6:00pm, Monday to Sunday, working 5 days out of 7

Competitive salary dependent on experience + excellent benefits

We're looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team based at HCA Laboratories, Shropshire House, London. HCA Laboratories is a leading provider of diagnostic and pathology services, supporting clinicians and patients with timely, high-quality laboratory testing. Behind every successful laboratory service is an efficient supply chain operation, ensuring critical products, consumables and equipment are available when needed. As part of this essential function, you'll play a key role in supporting the smooth running of one of the UK's most respected private healthcare laboratory environments.

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you'll support the efficient management of stock, supplies and inventory across the laboratory, helping to ensure colleagues have the resources they need to deliver exceptional patient care. From coordinating deliveries and monitoring stock levels to maintaining accurate records and supporting supplier relationships, you'll be at the heart of daily operations. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your supply chain career within a fast-paced healthcare organisation where your contribution has a direct impact on service excellence, operational efficiency and patient outcomes.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate the receipt, storage and distribution of stock and supplies across HCA Laboratories.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support stock control activities to ensure product availability and minimise waste.
  • Process orders, deliveries and supplier documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain inventory records and produce reports to support operational and regulatory requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with laboratory teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve supply issues and support service continuity.
  • Any other duties as requested by management.

What you'll bring:

  • Previous experience within a supply chain, logistics, stores or inventory management environment.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise workload effectively and work within a fast-paced operational setting.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and stock management systems.
