Supply Chain Coordinator

Stoke-on-Trent (Hybrid)
£36,000 per annum + Benefits

Our client is a growing UK technology and managed services organisation operating within highly regulated environments. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to support procurement operations, supplier management, reporting, and compliance activities while ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage supplier quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and invoice queries.
  • Monitor supplier performance, lead times, delivery commitments, and supply risks.
  • Maintain accurate procurement, finance, CRM, and supplier data across business systems.
  • Coordinate supplier communications and support supplier onboarding activities.
  • Produce procurement reports, dashboards, and supplier performance metrics.
  • Support procurement governance, audit readiness, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor stock levels and purchasing requirements to ensure operational continuity.
  • Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, reporting, and efficiency.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years' experience within Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Order Management, or Vendor Management.
  • Experience managing supplier quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier invoices.
  • Experience working with ERP, procurement, finance, or CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
