Supply Chain Coordinator

£30,000 - £35,000 + Excellent Benefits

Remote
12 Months Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover) – 37.5 hours per week

We are looking for an organised and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and stakeholder management skills who enjoys working with systems, processes and compliance.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for subcontractor management and compliance queries, you will play a key role in supporting the effective operation of our supply chain. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating subcontractor management systems to ensure information remains accurate and up to date. This includes managing data across our pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) platform, performance management software and subcontractor worker competency database.

Working closely with the Supply Chain team, you will support the delivery of PQQ audits, coordinate quarterly subcontractor performance assessments and ensure these are completed within agreed timescales. You will also assist in delivering systems training to operational hubs, helping colleagues develop the knowledge and confidence to self-serve effectively.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
