Hours
35 hours per week | Monday-Friday | Working hours to support the operational needs of the business, typically between 9:00am and 5:00pm.

At HistoCyte Laboratories, we're passionate about developing innovative products that support pathology laboratories around the world. As part of our continued growth, we're looking for an organised, proactive and commercially-minded Supply Chain Coordinator to take ownership of our end-to-end supply chain.
This isn't a traditional logistics role. It's an opportunity to own and shape HistoCyte's supply chain, from supplier management and purchasing through to inventory, production support and customer delivery.
You'll be responsible for everything from purchasing and supplier management through to inventory control, production support, packaging, international shipping and continuous improvement. You'll have genuine ownership of your area, work closely with colleagues across Operations, Manufacturing, R&D and Commercial, and play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the highest levels of quality and service.
This role would suit someone who enjoys variety and ownership. You'll have the opportunity to shape and improve how we manage our supply chain as the business continues to grow.

What you'll be doing
You'll play a key role in:
- Purchasing and supplier management
- Inventory and stock control
- International and domestic logistics
- Packaging, labelling and dispatch of customer orders
- Supplier performance and corrective actions (SCARs)
- Continuous improvement of supply chain processes
- Supporting quality and regulatory compliance within an ISO 13485 environment
We're looking for someone who has
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive mindset and a passion for improving processes
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics or inventory management
- Confidence working with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Experience using ERP or inventory management systems
Experience within a manufacturing, life science, medical device or other regulated environment would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
