Supply Chain Coordinator Graduate
Job Type: 12 Months Fixed Term Contract
Hours of work: Mon – Fri
Onsite requirement: This will be a hybrid role, with 2 days per week on site.
Location: Bracknell, England
Salary: £30,000 per annum holidays, sick pay, pension
About the Opportunity
Our client are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator Graduate to join their Supply Chain team on a 12-month fixed-term programme.
This role provides an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced pharmaceutical supply chain environment. You will support the flow of products from suppliers through to warehousing, distribution and customer fulfilment, whilst developing an understanding of inventory management, logistics coordination, ERP systems and stakeholder management.
Working closely with internal teams, suppliers, logistics providers and warehouse partners, you will play an important role in helping ensure medicines are available to patients when and where they are needed.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Supply Management
- Monitor incoming deliveries and supplier shipment notifications.
- Review shipment documentation and supporting records.
- Coordinate delivery bookings with warehouse and logistics partners.
- Track inbound deliveries and follow up on missing information or delays.
- Liaise with suppliers, warehouses and transport providers to support efficient product flow.

- Support the maintenance of inventory records within ERP systems.
- Process goods receipt transactions and stock updates.
- Maintain purchase order information, batch details and expiry records.
- Assist with stock transfer activities between warehousing and rework locations.
- Help ensure system inventory accurately reflects physical stock.
Rework & Product Coordination
- Coordinate stock movements for repacking and rework activities.
- Arrange transport and warehouse bookings.
- Prepare supporting documentation including packing lists and batch information.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Inventory Reporting & Analysis
- Produce regular inventory and stock reports.
- Monitor stock availability and supply risks.
- Support commercial and customer-facing teams with inventory information.
- Analyse data and identify discrepancies requiring investigation.
- Support month-end reporting activities and data reconciliation.
Supply Issue Resolution
- Assist in reviewing urgent or overdue supply orders.
- Follow up on delayed shipments and outstanding documentation.
- Support investigation of supply risks and stock shortages.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting and operational processes.
- Support standardisation and efficiency initiatives.
- Contribute ideas that enhance supply chain performance and service levels.

Candidate Requirements
Essential
- Graduated from a UK university within the last two years (2024 onwards).
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, Economics, Finance or a related discipline.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including filtering, sorting, lookups and Pivot Tables.
- Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Good digital literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
Desirable
- Exposure to Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations through academic studies, projects or work experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Exposure to ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP or similar.
- Interest in pharmaceutical supply chains and healthcare operations.
