Job opportunity: Supply Chain Coordinator

Hours: 40 per week
Working pattern: 0730 – 1600, typically Monday to Friday
Location: Vitacress Salads St Mary Bourne, Lower Link Farm, Lower Link, Andover, Hampshire, SP11 6DB
Salary: £28000 - £32000 (plus eligibility for our company incentive and company pension scheme)

At Vitacress, we're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Supply Chain Co-Ordinator to join our team. In this role you'll…

  • Gain hands-on experience across multiple Supply Chain functions, including forecasting, planning, logistics, and master data management
  • Learn from experienced colleagues and develop a strong understanding of how products move from field to customer
  • Build the skills and knowledge needed to progress into future Supply Chain and Planning roles
  • Become a key member of a collaborative team that supports the smooth running of our operations
  • Get involved in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop confidence in working with business systems, data, processes, and stakeholders across the organisation

You'll do this for us…

  • Maintain accurate Supply Chain records, reports, and operational documentation
  • Support data entry, updates, and administration within ERP and other business systems
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal meetings and operational reviews
  • Provide support and cover for colleagues across the wider Supply Chain team during busy periods and absences
  • Assist with purchase order processing, tracking, and supplier coordination activities
  • Help monitor crate management, factory schedules, and labour planning requirements to keep operations running efficiently

You can do this if you have…

  • A genuine passion for building a career within Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, or Operations
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Good communication skills and the confidence to build positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • A proactive approach, a willingness to get stuck in, and the drive to continuously learn and develop within a fast-paced Supply Chain environment
