Help turn customer enquiries into competitive waste solutions.

Panda is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to source suitable suppliers, secure competitive rates and prepare accurate quotations for customers and internal teams.

You’ll manage our national quotations inbox, keeping requests moving from initial enquiry through to booking. Working closely with suppliers, Sales, Account Management and our Tender and Bookings teams, you’ll find practical, cost-effective solutions for a range of customer requirements.

This role suits someone who enjoys a busy workload, pays attention to the detail and is confident building relationships and negotiating costs.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage quotation enquiries: Monitor the national quotations inbox and respond promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare accurate quotes: Provide quotations for Sales Representatives, Account Managers and direct customers, ensuring requests are completed within agreed service levels.
  • Source and negotiate rates: Identify suitable suppliers, compare prices and negotiate costs where appropriate to achieve the best commercial outcome.
  • Find practical solutions: Develop bespoke, cost-effective options for more complex customer requirements.
  • Support national tenders: Work with the Tender Team to source specialist supplier rates and solutions.
  • Keep records accurate: Maintain up-to-date quotations, supplier rates and supporting information on company systems.
  • Support the booking process: Give the Bookings Team the information they need for a smooth transition from quotation to booking.
  • Improve commercial performance: Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve how the team works.
  • Build effective relationships: Work closely with suppliers, customers and colleagues to resolve queries and keep requests progressing.
  • Follow agreed processes: Apply departmental procedures and company service levels consistently, supporting the wider business when required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • The ability to build positive relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
  • A proactive approach to solving problems, finding efficiencies and reducing costs.

Waste industry knowledge, particularly hazardous waste, would be an advantage but is not essential. Experience using CRM systems would also be useful.

You’ll be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, willing to learn and committed to delivering a high standard of customer service.
