Supply Chain Coordinator
Marussia Beverages has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Coordinator. The person will be responsible for the forecasting and purchase from our 3rd party suppliers, as well as overseeing the goods in process with our 3rd party warehouse. They will also contribute to the monthly S&OP meetings. The candidate would be part of the Supply and Operations Department team so would play a critical strategic role in the future success of the business.

Job details
The role is currently hybrid working with 3 days a week in the office (Central London) and 2 days working from home. The hours of work are 9 am to 5:30 pm. This role reports to the Operations Manager.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for making data-led purchasing decisions and managing the movement of stock into the UK.
- Responsible for liaising with brand owners to manage demand forecasts and product requirement changes.
- Liaising with freight operators to ensure smooth transport of goods into the UK.
- Monitoring inventory to ensure good levels in line with demand including liaising with a third-party warehousing to resolve stock shortages or damages.
- Tracking and managing stock with BBE dates.
- Management of internal systems to create product codes and gather necessary product specification information.
- Analysis of repeat warehousing issues, resolutions, and charges, including conducting monthly stock reconciliations.
- Conducting bi-annual warehousing stocktakes.
- Fulfilment of customer orders including resolution of complaints or stock issues.
- Conducting monthly forecasting meetings on opportunities and demand with senior members of the sales team.
- Contribute supplier and stock updates to the monthly S&OP meeting with company directors.
- Assisting with customer service including customer pricing, ordering, and complaints.
- Monthly creation and submission of the cash flow forecast.
- Ad-hoc stock and sales reports.

Key Skills & Knowledge:
Essential:
- System analysis experience with the ability to build creative reports. Microsoft Office and Excel are essential.
- Attention to detail, and clear communication of precise instructions. Clear problem-solving methodology.
- Relationship building with logistics contacts and warehouse teams.
Desirable:
- Experience working with customs documents.
- Ability to speak a second language.
- Experience with S&OP meetings.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year's experience in supply chain logistics.
- Minimum 1 year's experience in forecast planning.
- Minimum of 1 year working with ERP systems.
- Experience working in the drinks industry is preferred.

Salary: £33,000 to £35,000 per annum
Holidays: 25 days plus Bank Holidays
