Supply Chain Development Data Analyst

About the Role
At Ferrero, we are looking for a Supply Chain Development Data Analyst to help drive performance, continuous improvement, and data-led decision-making across our UK & Ireland Supply Chain function.
This is a highly visible role that sits at the heart of the Supply Chain organisation, partnering with teams across:
- Demand & Supply Planning
- Commercial Logistics
- Industrial Logistics
- Customer Services
- Co-Packing
- Product Flow Management
- Continuous Improvement
You will transform complex data into actionable insights, helping leaders and teams make informed decisions that improve service, efficiency, cost, and overall operational performance.
As the analytical lead within the function, you will:
- Build and enhance reporting capabilities
- Identify opportunities for improvement
- Strengthen data quality and governance
- Support the delivery of strategic improvement initiatives
- Develop analytical capability across the wider Supply Chain team
- Ensure data and performance insight are embedded into everyday decision-making

Main Responsibilities
Reporting & Data Analysis
- Develop and enhance Supply Chain performance reporting
- Ensure KPI and operational data is accurately consolidated, validated, and analysed to provide meaningful business insights
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support teams in improving performance and driving business objectives

Data Visualisation & Automation
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and analytical tools using Power BI, Excel, and other data visualisation platforms
- Continuously improve reporting efficiency, automate manual processes, and increase visibility of Supply Chain performance
Strategic Support & Decision-Making
- Work closely with Supply Chain leaders and functional teams to support:
- Performance reviews
- Strategic projects
- Continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide robust analysis, scenario modelling, and decision support
- Help track benefits realisation and measure the effectiveness of improvement programmes
Data Governance & Methodologies
- Support data governance activities to improve:
- Data accuracy
- Consistency
- Integrity across the Supply Chain function
- Contribute to the development of:
- Standard KPI definitions
- Reporting frameworks
- Analytical methodologies for consistent performance management
Stakeholder Engagement & Coaching
- Coach and support colleagues to strengthen analytical capability
- Help teams utilise data more effectively and apply structured problem-solving techniques
- Drive sustainable improvements
About You
You will have experience within a:
- Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Retail, or FMCG environment
- Using data and analytics to support operational or strategic decision-making
Key Requirements
You will possess:
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Advanced Excel capability
- Experience using Power BI or similar visualisation tools
- Comfort working with large and complex datasets
- Ability to identify trends and translate data into practical business recommendations
- Natural curiosity, problem-solving mindset
- Confidence in challenging and influencing stakeholders through data-led insights
- Strong communication skills to engage with a wide range of teams and leaders

Desirable Experience
- Supporting Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Lean, Transformation, or Supply Chain Development initiatives
- Exposure to FMCG or manufacturing environments
