Job Title: Supply Chain Audit & Development Administrator
Location: Field Based
Position Type: Full Time – 6 Month FTC
Hours: 35h

Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks, including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti and Brooklyn to ale favourites such as Hobgoblin and Wainwright. For soft drinks, Carlsberg Britvic’s brands include J2O, Robinsons, Tango and London Essence along with the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Lipton Ice Tea and Rockstar Energy.
With a strong national footprint, the Carlsberg Britvic business includes 5 production facilities and 16 logistics depot’s servicing customers up and down the UK. As these two historical businesses have come together, the one common goal remains, and that is ensuring our people succeed.
About the Role
This role is to enable Customer Supply Chain to achieve successful ISO 9001 accreditation. The role will be responsible for identifying the standards and requirements needed to secure certification, assessing the current gaps against those requirements, and working closely with relevant stakeholders to develop and deliver a clear project plan to close those gaps. This will be approached using robust project management processes to ensure the accreditation journey is structured, well governed, and delivered effectively.

Key Accountabilities:
- Support the creation, maintenance and continuous improvement of SOPs, operational standards and process documentation.
- Develop process maps, controls, responsibilities and hand-offs to ensure clear and consistent ways of working.
- Manage document control and version management, ensuring standards remain accurate, accessible and up to date.
- Help develop and maintain an interactive SharePoint knowledge hub for operational guidance and support.
- Assist with internal audits, process confirmation activities and assurance reviews against agreed standards.
- Track audit findings, corrective actions and improvement plans through to successful completion.
- Support the development of role-based skills matrices and identify training needs linked to operational standards.
- Translate new processes and ways of working into clear procedures, training materials and operational guidance.
- Support project delivery, operational readiness activities and the successful embedding of change into BAU operations.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies, supporting root cause analysis and sharing best practice across the business.
Experience and Key Attributes required:
- Strong organisational and process-management skills.
- Understanding of audit, compliance and continuous improvement principles.
- Knowledge of, or willingness to develop knowledge of, ISO 9001.
- Process mapping and structured problem-solving capability.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work across multiple functions and support operational change.
- Supply Chain, Logistics or operational experience would be beneficial.
