We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Director for GB & Ireland to join our Leadership Team at a pivotal point in our transformation.
With our logistics operations now operating through a newly outsourced 3PL model, this is an opportunity to take ownership of the next phase: stabilise, improve and build a high-performing, future-fit Supply Chain operation that supports profitable growth and delivers the premium experience our customers expect.
You will combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution, working across the business and with our logistics partners to turn ambition into measurable performance.
What you’ll be doing
- Act as the Supply Chain business partner to the GB & Ireland Leadership Team, bringing service, cost, capacity and operational insight into business and commercial decisions.
- Lead Supply Chain within the newly outsourced 3PL model, ensuring strong operational performance, resilience and continuous improvement.
- Own the governance of our logistics partners, including SLAs, KPIs, performance reviews, corrective actions and contractual accountability.
- Own the GB & Ireland Supply Chain cost envelope, working closely with Finance to improve transparency, cost-to-serve and efficiency.
- Lead logistics across B2B and D2C, including last-mile Delivery & Installation and reverse logistics, with a strong focus on reliable, first-time-right customer fulfilment.
- Shape and continuously evolve the GB & Ireland Supply Chain operating model and multi-year roadmap, creating clear accountability across local, regional and 3PL teams.
- Lead and develop the internal Supply Chain team, building a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer focus and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Regional Supply Chain and global teams to align priorities and leverage best practice across markets.
- Use systems, data and digital capabilities to strengthen operational visibility, performance management and process improvement.

What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a leader who combines commercial thinking, operational credibility and a genuine customer mindset.
You’ll bring:
- Significant Supply Chain leadership experience with direct accountability for 3PL and outsourced logistics.
- Strong experience in 3PL contract, SLA and performance management.
- A track record of delivering measurable service and cost improvements.
- Strong commercial and financial understanding, including budget and cost-to-serve management.
- Experience leading teams through transformation and change, developing people and building capability.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in a complex matrix organisation.
- A strategic but hands-on leadership style, with the ability to turn challenges into practical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the credibility to work across functions, markets and organisational levels.
- Experience with ERP/WMS, data and digital transformation is highly desirable.
