⭐️ Supply Chain Director
📍 London (Hybrid 3x pw) 💰 £100,000 to £130,000 + Perks
Our client is the market leader within their category; ‘Functional Wellness’. They’re listed in every single major Grocer, think: (Tesco / JS / Waitrose / Morrisons / Asda / Coop / Ocado). They are profitable and one of the fastest growing most successful brands in FMCG with a rapidly expanding team and a fantastic culture. They are looking for an exceptional Supply Chain Director to join the leadership team and take complete ownership of the direction, strategy and evolution of their supply chain. 🚀
Role & Responsibilities: 📋
🌎 Own the Supply Chain Strategy
Take full ownership of the end-to-end supply chain, setting the strategy and building a scalable operation capable of supporting significant continued growth.
🏭 Lead the Manufacturing & Warehouse Network
Own and optimise a complex international network of third-party manufacturers and warehouses, continually assessing performance, capability, cost and future requirements.
📊 Own Demand Planning & Stock Management
Drive robust forecasting, inventory and demand planning to maximise availability while balancing stockholding and cash flow.
💰 Drive Efficiency & Reduce Cost
Identify opportunities across manufacturing, warehousing and inbound/outbound logistics to improve efficiency, service and cost.
🤝 Build Strategic Partner Relationships
Develop strong relationships with manufacturers, logistics partners, warehouses and customer supply-chain teams, while identifying new partners as the business scales.
🚀 Enable Innovation & International Growth
Partner with Innovation, Sales and Marketing to successfully launch new products, SKUs and routes to market across existing and new geographies.
👥 Build & Develop the Supply Chain Team
Lead and develop the existing team, including coaching a developing Demand Planner and building additional capability as the function grows.
💻 Modernise Systems & Processes
Improve how technology, systems and emerging AI tools are used to create a smarter, more efficient and scalable supply-chain operation.

Do you have the following to apply? ✅
- FMCG Supply Chain: Strong end-to-end supply-chain experience within a high-growth FMCG or consumer business.
- Strategic Leadership: Able to move beyond day-to-day operations and set the direction and strategy for a scaling supply chain.
- Demand Planning: Strong hands-on demand-planning experience with the ability to coach and develop others.
- 3PL / Manufacturing: Proven experience managing multiple third-party manufacturers, warehouses and logistics partners.
- Commercial Mindset: Track record of improving service levels, challenging existing partners and identifying meaningful cost efficiencies.
- International Supply Chain: Experience of import/export and international logistics; exposure to Europe, the US and/or Middle East would be beneficial.
- People Leadership: An effective coach and leader, comfortable developing a small team as the function grows.
- Systems & Technology: Experience with supply-chain/stock-management systems; Unleashed experience and an interest in AI/automation would be advantageous.
- Leadership Presence: Credible operating at senior leadership level and comfortable working cross-functionally across a fast-moving entrepreneurial business.
