Supply Chain Director
Rapidly Growing FMCG
Southampton Base (with travel)
Salary Range: £90k to £110k + Bonus
This is an opportunity to join a market-leading consumer brand at a pivotal stage in its growth. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the Supply Chain Director will be responsible for shaping and delivering the company's end-to-end global supply chain strategy, ensuring the organisation can scale efficiently whilst maintaining exceptional service, inventory performance and profitability.
We are partnering with this UK-owned premium brand to recruit for this new position. The role has been created to build a world-class supply chain capable of supporting the company as it continues to grow rapidly.

Key responsibilities:
- Supply chain strategy.
- Procurement and supplier management.
- Supply and demand planning.
- Inventory and working capital management.
- All supply chain elements of new production introduction.
- Operational excellence.
- Leadership and people development.
Experience needed:
- Senior supply chain leadership in high volume fast-paced environments.
- International supply chains, global supplier networks and 3PLs.
- Management of procurement, planning and logistics.
- Significant cost reduction and working capital improvements.
- Project management and change leadership.
- ERP and advanced planning systems.
Skills and attributes:
- Strategic thinker with strong operational execution capability.
- High level commercial and financial acumen.
- Strong communicator, influencer, negotiator and relationship builder.
- Collaborative leadership style.
- Resilient and comfortable operating in a fast-paced growth environment.

The role will require UK and international travel.
The salary on offer will be negotiable depending on what skills and experience the successful candidate brings to the organisation.
