Role Description
An entry level role in our supply chain team, responsible for processing orders and warehouse management., key tasks are as follows:

- Processing customer orders and deliveries on a timely basis for UK and Ireland
- Managing the day-to-day relationship with our 3rd party warehouses
- Track delivery progress and proactively chase our warehouses for PODs
- Working with the marketing team to manage sampling campaigns
- Provide regular, clear updates to internal stakeholders on order status, development progress, and any risks or delays
- Raising and sending customer invoices
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
Salary: 30-35k
Qualifications
- No experience necessary, ideally someone starting their supply chain career with enthusiasm for Phizz
- Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail
- Highly organised and able to cope with variable workload
- Ability to identify and solve problems and improve processes
- Natural ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally
