The Expeditor supports QVC UK, and drives the smooth flow of overseas purchase orders and return to vendor operations across the supply chain.

Where You'll Work

This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Knowsley, Merseyside, two days a week.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and provide full visibility of QVC’s overseas purchase orders, ensuring internal stakeholders understand order status, progress and any risks to delivery timelines.
  • Liaise with vendors, freight forwarders and internal teams to establish critical timelines, confirm origin points and support the timely and cost-effective dispatch of shipments.
  • Oversee shipment approvals, customs clearance instructions and delivery scheduling, helping to resolve operational issues and ensure goods move efficiently into the distribution centre.
  • Support return to vendor and export activity, including communicating shipping arrangements, advising on transport costs and coordinating collections with warehouses and freight partners.
  • Collate, monitor and communicate operational KPIs relating to overseas purchase order management, while maintaining accurate records across relevant systems including SAP.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience within a shipping, distribution, procurement or supply chain environment, with strong commercial awareness and an understanding of import and export operations.
  • Good knowledge of freight modes, transport costs, commodity tariffs and customs procedures, with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and at pace.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to build effective working relationships with vendors, forwarders and internal stakeholders.
  • Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel. SAP knowledge would be advantageous.
