Supply Chain & Finance Coordinator
The Supply Chain & Finance Coordinator supports the Comparator Customer Service Admin Team and the Supply Chain Support Team. Daily activities include reviewing projects, documentation, initiating client invoices, reviewing purchase and freight costs, and maintaining KPI tracking.
Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time (38.75 hours working)
Contract Length: 3 Months
Pay Rate: £15.86 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage client invoicing activities, ensuring all supporting documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted to Finance on time.
- Prepare invoices for comparator products and freight charges, while maintaining high levels of accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
- Act as a key point of contact for Finance, supporting invoice queries, accruals, and month-end activities.
- Maintain and update data within Salesforce and other internal systems, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Produce KPI reports and support performance tracking for customer and business reviews.
- Support Project Managers by providing administrative assistance, freight cost estimates, and guidance on import/export requirements, VAT considerations, and Incoterms.
- Ensure customer-specific invoicing requirements are met and all activities remain compliant with contractual and company standards.
- Assist with internal and external audits by preparing and providing required documentation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Logistics, Quality, Project Management, and external customers and couriers.
- Follow all relevant SOPs and maintain a high level of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

- Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field or equivalent education with significant commercial content.
- 2-5 years' experience in supply chain or finance, preferably within a pharmaceutical environment.
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- User experience in ERP systems (beneficial) and strong MS Office skills.
