Supply Chain and Finance Systems Manager
Location: London Bridge
Type: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Position: Permanent
About the Role
We are looking for a Supply Chain and Finance Systems Manager to join our Integrated Applications and Physician Services team.
Reporting to the Director of Integrated Applications and Physician Services, this role is responsible for the Supply Chain and Finance optimisation and technology strategies for HCA Healthcare UK, alongside the day-to-day delivery of ITG services across the division.
You will lead the support, governance and continual improvement of critical Finance and Supply Chain systems, working closely with stakeholders, suppliers and technology teams. You will oversee a team responsible for the delivery, support and governance of these systems, covering service management and strategy, business analysis, testing, performance monitoring and ongoing system maintenance.

Responsibilities
- Manage the provision of technology-based services to meet defined organisational needs.
- Lead service management, support and governance activities across Supply Chain and Finance systems.
- Align and prioritise production support, operational activities, portfolio projects, service requests and work packages.
- Manage staffing plans, resource allocation and capacity planning to support service delivery.
- Develop and optimise processes and procedures, driving continual service improvement and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, ensuring services are developed and managed to agreed service levels, security requirements and quality standards.
- Manage supplier performance and relationships, supporting service improvement, risk management and operational delivery.
- Lead, support and develop direct reports, including performance management, recruitment and staff development activities.
- Plan and lead large and complex process improvement initiatives, supporting automation and the effective use of technology.
- Support the strategic direction, standardisation, optimisation and continual improvement of Supply Chain and Finance applications and services.

Requirements
- Experience leading technology services and supporting the delivery of Supply Chain and Finance systems within a complex organisation.
- Experience planning and leading large-scale business process improvement initiatives, leveraging existing or new technologies to drive service improvement and automation.
- Strong people management experience, with a proven track record of developing staff capability, managing performance and supporting team growth.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships based on trust, open communication and shared outcomes.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain and Finance functions, supported by strong project management, technology management and service delivery expertise.
