Your Role

As demand for our Supply Chain and Global Business Services (GBS) transformation offerings continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead workstreams, manage teams and deliver high-quality consulting engagements across Supply Chain GBS strategy and transformation programmes. You will combine structured problem-solving with practical execution and bring a clear understanding of how supply chain services can be redesigned within a GBS environment to improve cost, control, service quality and scalability.

The Senior Manager – Supply Chain GBS Transformation is expected to lead from the front in delivery, manage senior client stakeholders with confidence and help build the proposition through thought leadership, proposal support and team development.

As part of your role, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth through activities that form part of the following categories:

  • Contribute to bids, proposals, RFP / RFI responses and account growth initiatives through strong content, insight and delivery credibility.
  • Build trusted working relationships with client stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations and GBS functions.
  • Develop reusable methods, tools, points of view and delivery assets that strengthen our market offer.

Programme delivery

  • Lead workstreams and manage consulting teams on Supply Chain GBS transformation programmes, ensuring quality delivery and strong client outcomes.
  • Analyse current-state processes, identify opportunities for standardisation and efficiency, and support the design of future-state operating models.
  • Drive implementation planning across service transitions, governance, KPI / SLA design, stabilisation and continuous improvement.
  • Translate complex analysis into clear recommendations and executive-ready outputs that support decision-making and change execution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
