Our Current Graduate Opportunities Are Focused On
- Strategic Sourcing - Build relationships with suppliers, negotiate agreements, influence commercial decisions, and help secure the products and services needed to support our business.
- Supplier Management - Work closely with suppliers to improve performance, strengthen partnerships, and ensure delivery against business objectives.
- Production & Material Planning - Help manage stock, coordinate supply schedules, and support the smooth flow of materials through manufacturing operations.
- Global Trade & Compliance - Engage with external organisations and support compliance activities that help keep international supply chains running efficiently and responsibly.
What You'll Be Doing
During the programme, you could:
- Collaborate with suppliers across the UK and around the world.
- Support commercial negotiations and sourcing activities.
- Monitor and improve supplier performance.
- Analyse data to identify opportunities and solve problems.
- Work with Operations teams to ensure products are delivered on schedule.
- Help manage inventory and material flow across manufacturing sites.
- Contribute to projects that improve efficiency, sustainability, and business performance.
- Gain experience of global trade and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for graduates who are curious, commercially aware, and excited by the challenge of working in a fast-paced, global industry. You don't need to know everything on day one. What matters most is your willingness to learn, collaborate, and make an impact.
Essential Requirements
Applicants are responsible for ensuring that sufficient detail is provided on the application form to demonstrate how they meet the appropriate job criteria, as this alone will be used for vetting purposes.

Essential
- BSc/BA/LLB degree (minimum 2:2) in a Business-related discipline and will have a general understanding of Supply Chain management strategies, challenges and future opportunities.
- Requirement to work 36 hours per week, five days a week in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience to complement theoretical/academic experience.
- Positive, enthusiastic and hardworking attitude, combined with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in aerospace as a career.
Desirable Qualifications
The following will strengthen your application:
- A Masters, First-Class or 2:1 Honours degree in a Business-related discipline
- Experience, research, or placement activity within an aerospace, manufacturing, logistics, procurement, or Supply Chain environment.
- Additional qualifications relevant to Supply Chain, business, logistics, or operations management
